This non-isolated synchronous rectification automatic buck-boost module features a wide input voltage range of DC5-30V and an input current capacity of up to 8A peak, or 10A for short-term operation, with a static working current of just 4mA. The output voltage can be continuously adjusted from 1.25V to 30V, with a maximum output current of 10A. However, for long-term operation, the output current should be limited to within 5A to ensure natural heat dissipation, and further derating is recommended for high-voltage output.

The working temperature range of this module is -40°C to +85°C, with a switching frequency of 150kHz. Typical conversion efficiency is 91%, reaching up to 93% at the high end. Overcurrent, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection are all built-in features. While the module does not have reverse polarity protection on the input, an external diode can be added if required. The output, however, is protected against reverse connection, eliminating the need for an anti-reverse diode when used for charging applications.

The compact module measures 60mm x 53mm x 22mm (LxWxH) and is encased in a nickel-plated housing, ensuring long-lasting durability. It comes with two heat sinks to enhance thermal management, which is particularly important when there is a significant difference between the input and output voltages. An LED indicator provides visual feedback on the module's operational status.
